Linda and I have recently arrived home from our 50 day trip to India. Which you so professionally arranged. We are overjoyed at our experiences. and wish to thank you so much for putting together a wonderful program. Everything worked very smoothly and we were well taken care of.

I especially want to thank Mr. Ganesh Kumar who had the patience to see us for 22 days and to drive us through Northern India. He is very professional and has the clients interest in mind at all times. He made our trip enjoyable.

In South India we had Mr. Mugan who toured with us for 16 days. He was also very professional and enjoyable to be with.

Thank you again very much for a wonderful trip. We will highly recommend Sai Holidays and especially your good self whenever we talk about our Indian Adventures.

Your staff in Delhi, Agra, and Varanasi, has been very friendly and helpful and gave us an accurate assistance. We appreciated our guides in Agra, Khajuraho, Varanasi, Allahabad (he could speak only english, but he was very professional and I translated for all without any problems) and Kathmandu (our favourite guide!).

We really appreciated the Royal Singhi Hotel in Kathmandu, it was even above our expectations, the rooms were very clean and their cuisine and was excellent.

We have spread the word to everyone we talk to about your caring and adept drivers, well-informed guides, helpful representatives at every stop and especially the fantastic wonders of your country.

India tourism is sure to take great leaps in the coming years with such devoted and expert travel guidance that Sai Holidays offers. Our picture even appeared in an Indian newspaper (see attached) while we were on tour with our guide in Jaisalmer. I do not know what the article says (can you tell me?) but we were delighted and surprised as long as the article is complimentary to you and to India!

Our friends just returned from a Destinations and Adventures (a Los Angeles-based company) tour, but I feel that we were able to experience many more places such as the Alleppey Marvel Cruise on the beautiful Kerala backwaters plus you were always quick to adapt our tour in various ways whenever we wanted to visit with friends or see other sites or had any concerns at all.

India really is able to offer one a unique, private experience without having to be packed into large tour groups in order to make the trip affordable. The value is unsurpassed when the service and safety of the trip is taken into consideration.

Mrs. Mathur, many thanks for your gifts of the scarves at the end of our trip. I was able to use mine to ward off the chill on the way home. Chicago of course is in deep freeze right now, so I keeping warm with my memories of beautiful Kerala!

I want to let you know that our driver Kuldeep and your helpful Delhi representative Chandra were especially kind and wonderful to us. At the end, when we were most tired, Chandra came to our rescue by first helping us see just a little more of the people at Connaught Place where we went to pass the time and people-watch until our flight arrived. He also very efficiently negotiated with security to allow us to enter the waiting area early, and he stayed with us and watched over us until we were ready to board our flight.

We are indeed very grateful to you for arranging for us to arrive in Delhi well in advance of our flight. We met many travelers who had missed their flight the night before due to late connecting flights.

We are very sorry and send our condolences to you for the loss in your family, Mrs. Mathur. We wish you all the best for the rest of the new year, and send our thanks for you and to all at Sai Holidays & Tours for our exciting, truly wonderful and memorable experience in India.
