This spectacular red sandstone mansion was erstwhile a home of Bhati Rajputs. It was renovated into a heritage hotel in 1986 and later on expended. Hotel Karni Bhawan has 31 luxurious rooms and suites , well-decorated in Rajasthani style. Dhani and Rooftop are its restaurants which are proud to have some expert chefs and Kallali, its bar, offers a variety of alcoholic beverages.

This edifice was built in 1920 by Maharaja Ratan Singhji of Raoti and a part of the mansion continues to be the home of his descendants. Later on, it was renovated as a heritage hotel. Hotel Ratan Vilas has 15 luxurious rooms and a huge dining room and a garden housing number of birds.
